New feature of the workshops going very well - the children love going on their imaginary journey and many staff say that they will continue to use the method.
Had a very enjoyable morning at Binbrook Primary School last Wednesday. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the children were super to work with.
School bookings are coming in now and I am going soon to present children at Edward Heneage with their signed books - looking forward to that. Amazon ratings have just shot up.
Busy sending out leaflets to schools in the area. The new dynamic Wishing Machine workshop is ready to go and has already been met with great enthusiasm by one school. The children loved been taken on a magical journey using their imagination.
"Benson and the Wishing Machine" has been out in paperback for a few weeks and is attracting quite alot of interest. We had a good day on Louth Christmas market - never mind that it rained all day!! Our banner "The World of Benson" attracted many folk our way, with its picture of the charming ginger cat with luminious green eyes. I have recieved some wonderful pictures from Edward Heneage school in Grimsby of their ideas about the Wishing Machine - I shall pick three worthy winners and go back to the school to present their prizes. Looking forward to that already - hope more schools will want my services this coming term.
What a wonderful response from the children of Nunsthorpe Community School in Grimsby that I visited recently. Many of them have left messages on my guest book page which is great. I had a super time meeting all the children and staff whilst running my workshops there. The children were a dream to work with and a credit to the school - hope to return sometime in the future.
